I was just released from the hospital for primarily mood issues; I thought the med changes helped my psychosis too, since they consisted primarily in an increase in Saphris. However, I've had several hallucinations since I came home today, and I was kind of paranoid when I went for my walk today. I took the schizophrenia quiz, which I use to track my psychosis, today to see how much lower my score would be...and the score hadn't changed.

Do your meds control your psychosis? What meds are you on, if so, and what dosages? Does anyone have to take more than one antipsychotic?

I'm not sure if this is even worth bringing up with my pdoc. Most of these symptoms don't bother me (and some even intrigue me) but I'm afraid of them getting worse. The therapist I saw at the hospital told me that I'd better be honest with my pdoc about my hallucinations, because otherwise I will "just get sicker and sicker". Scared the **** out of me!
