Yeah I know it's not good, just can't seem to stop it :/ my parents know that I'm not feeling good but they don't know about the overdosing. My cc knows about it and I'm seeing her again tomorrow... Think she is arranging a review with the doctor but tbh yeah I think I need hospital to break this habit because I can't seem to do it on my own. So will see how it goes tomorrow and what she suggests and take it from there....
