I know from my experiences...it's not always easy finding the "right" help and support. There is a combination of things that happen to start getting better or feeling better...and it takes time. Even with it taking time - mostly it should be going toward getting better - and still there are bad days.

I was not able to start helping myself very well until I had a better understanding of me, some meds to get my butt out of bed and keep away some of those crappy thoughts. And learning to change the way I think...and cope!

One thing at a time. It's important to see any little good thing that happens and learn to dwell on that not the things that suck. Figure out how to get some joy out of the journey - instead of looking at "the end of the ride"
