What kind of school are you at that you are not allowed to leave? Can you call your parents? I would call them ASAP. Also, if you are at a school is there a counselor or nurse or something you can talk to?

I am assuming you are a teen. Being a teen in general kind of sucked for me and I am so sorry you are going through this.
