I am on 2 antipsychotics, saphris 10 mg 2 times a day and Seroquel 300mg- I take my Seroquel 50mg morning and 50mg afternoon and 200mg at night.. I also take lamictal and lithium for mood. I

do pretty well on these with very little side effects.

I lapse into hallucinations fairly frequently but that's just part of my MI. I also get paranoid easily and have limited control of my psychosis but that's just a part of being schizoaffective. My medication makes the symptoms a lot less, but doesn't cure them of course.

What antipsychotic are you on apart from saphris. What doses are you taking?
