Obviously, you need to see a doctor. I don't think anyone of us can accurately diagnose you.
I will say most bipolar people don't cycle in and out of moods within 30 minutes. Although there are some rapid cyclers out there.
Our moods are more tied to our energy levels, not stuff happening to us.

A lot of people will disagree with me, but I think you sound more borderline personality disorder. You are reacting to things, and your moods tend to change quickly throughout the day. That's a personality disorder and usually responds better to therapy than meds.
