I would like to try TMS. I actually wanted to try it before ECT, but my insurance wouldn't cover TMS because it's still experimental. (This was three or four years ago, so things may have changed.) It was prohibitively expensive without insurance coverage--tens of thousands of dollars. So I agreed to ECT, which did permanent damage.
