I took it years ago, but I don't remember how much. It made me very dizzy, so I had to stop.

Back then I was still working outside of home and I would take it in the morning. After about 15 minutes I'd be too dizzy to drive. I would just sit and wait for the room to stop spinning so I could go to work.
