I've gained 30 lbs on elavil and am tapering off of it. I was considering Lexapro. I researched last night and practically every AD made has the side effect or weight loss and weight gain. I think there is no magic bullet. The elavil keeps me from having panic attacks, so what do I do? I can't carry the added weight..more panic.....the old double-edged sword......
