Make the most of the sunrise then.

I can't see a one off forgetting the night time meds causing any major disruption - stick to your 9/11pm sleep schedule.

Who knows - maybe you will be able to take a power nap during the day. Just don't make a habit of it if a power nap isn't part of your normal routine.
