I am having a real tough time of it with my Depression, PTSD, Anxiety, and DID. It hard to be around others who do not understnad, who are basically "normal' by the way what on earth is normal. Kind of forgot what that is folks. Call me dumb if you wish. Its been really hard day of constant triggers, its too hard. Its been an all triggering day for me. Scarde about tomorrow the bad man is coming. I dont want him too but have no choice. Very scarde. Very triggerd. So alone. Grandlaf.
