I'd quite like to use this thread regularly to keep you guys up-to-date of my progress, or lack thereof, if that's OK with you? (maybe we can egg each other on, when needed. xD) lol It feels like a lack, but I guess I have lost 14-15lbs, so far, so that's something, for sure. I've got 20lbs to go, and then, apparently, I'll be "healthy". I went from "obese" to "overweight", (according to a BMI thing online) ... hah. Yeah, I'm relatively muscular, (I do a
lot of resistance workouts; great way to lose weight, as well) but I'm still hella overweight. Bugs the HELL outta me.
Anywho, ...
19-20lbs to go. Guys, when you weigh yourself, make sure it's "dry weight", which means, not after a big meal, and make sure you've recently had a bowel movement.

Also, make sure you's nekkid.

Well, you don't have to, but that should give you a more accurate reading, and lets face it, guys, we want every single lb to count!

Make sure to get your diet sorted, too... it's not all about the exercise, the food you eat is incredibly important! You want a slight caloric deficit for optimal weight-loss, apparently. Exercise should be keeping your HR up into the "weight-loss zone", whatever that is... I think it will vary on the person, so you may have to research that. Chances are, if you're losing weight, you're doing fine anyway. xD
