As of fairly recently, I usually workout in the mornings, have my protein shake, then shower, but for the last couple of days, I've failed to do that. -_- I've been working out, just not in the morning. Need to fix that! Problem is, I've been having crap sleep, as well, so I've felt so drained, and I don't really wanna make myself ill. I dunno if that's a legitimate excuse or not, though. ¬_¬ I still workout, so that's the important thing.
Still got an awesome diet. Currently eating vegetable cous-cous.

Also, today is my rest day, so I'm doing sod all (still eating healthily, though, ... might have some cake later as a treat

) then tomorrow, hopefully morning, I'll go at it hard for at least 30 minutes.
