The body is an awesome creation. Absolutely amazing the process of being created and each part building.... growing... From bones to skin to eyes to liver to lungs.... And each time all of these are "generated" - and in their proper place.

As for the other topic - life is life, death is death. You have no control over it - so (IMO) do not fret about it - that is wasted energy.
