Has anyone here ever tried Biofreeze? I had a fibro headache Thursday that was so bad I wanted to throw up. I was getting muscle spasms in my neck from the headache. A fellow fibro sufferer suggested I try Biofreeze on my neck. It helped! The relief was temporary, but I'll take whatever help I can get.
