I agree. Tooooo many times I have heard wait and see. Waiting turns to more frustration and more consequences to deal with. Unfortunately all I can say is try the tools. DBT works for me. I use the notion of personal medicine and the different tools that are taught with DBT. Don't know if it will work, but it can't hurt. Yoga and meditation seems to help at times. Best of luck.
