A product for making the vagina flexible and helping with vaginismus is available. One type is "vaginal stints". They are insertable cylinders in graduated sizes from very thin to 2 inches in diameter. I've often thought that they are a great product for those that want to work on it at home.
I feel inexperienced when it comes to sex because it wasn't great for me 10 yrs ago. When he would insert his **** in me, I have felt pain and yea other times it would slip out and he tries again and I wasn't sure if he was in me or not. I have seen those dialators yet no gyno ever thought that I might need one just keep doing pelvic exercises! Too much of I think you're too young blah blah is a bunch of **** from the past gynos, giving me prescriptions didn't help at all only to kill the yeast infections that was it.

I want it under a gyno's supervision not try to figure it out on my own then go to a doctor. I do wanna talk to planned parenthood about this but need to know how much a pap will cost...
