I've been on Topomax for almost two months now. The first month I was on 25 mg. I kept swinging back and forth between hypo and depression, mostly hypo though. He then upped the Topomax to 50mg. I was also not sleeping during the hypo phases so he said we would also have to up the Seroquel from 300 to 400mg. I said I didn't want to, he said lets give the Topomax a week. I'm still swinging back and forth but they are not as high as they were before, so the Topomax is working. It's been almost a month on 50 mg. I see him this coming Friday. I just wanted to know from experiences what is a typical dose that most of you have been on?

BP1/OCD/GAD

Lamictal 400mg
Propranolol 10 mg am and pm
Xanax ER 1mg am and pm
Topomax 50mg
Seroquel 300mg
