I've been having a really hard time sleeping lately.
I keep waking up at odd times through out the night, sometimes even really earliy in the morning.
I'm aslo having vivid dreams.
Which is apperantly really expected when your pregnant.
I had a really violent dream one night where I had decapitated my ex boyfriends head, and I was going around talking about to people... so screwed up I know.
I absouetly can not sleep with my clothes on, as it feels too restricting on me. I'm not sure If there is much I can take while I'm pregnant to help me sleep. Maybe invest In a body pillow?
I have to get up really early through out the week to go to school,
I sometimes have a really hard time even waking up, and getting out of bed after my alarm goes off. If anyone has any suggestions It would be greatly appreciated. thank you
