I had to go see the nurse practioner at my clinic today for my med check. I don't like her I don't think she knows what she is doing. Any way she is weaning me off my trazadone and putting me on Ambien CR. I just hope this works. I am back to only sleeping for a few hours a day.

My pdoc is not real regular in her office hours since she is in a big metal brace on her ankle and she has to go to the doctor quite often to get it situated I guess. Back around Christmas time she broke her ankle and now has titanium rods sticking out of her leg to keep it in place. She is only in the office 1x a week in the morning so that is why I had to see Dianne. Luckily I have an appt with the doc next month.
