Is this depression or flat affect from the meds? I feel so flat, blah. Yes low energy, tired, sleeping. Not particualrly sad or tearful. Just blah, leave me alone, I want to sleep and very flat. Flat could also be a way of coping with the stress in my life now. I I were a shrink I would say up the anti-depressant and see if that makes a difference. If it doesn't then maybe it's flatness caused by the antidepressant. It is not very comfortable.
