Did your Doctor ever refer you to a Pain clinic ? They are very strict about how many they will give you per month and what klinds and they usually drug test monthly to mak sure you are taking it and not selling .. yeah I know stupid , but people do weasel into pain clinics and they do get weeded out.

Im sorry your in such horrible pain

Personally I would try that first before a surgery.
