You could try stretching exercises instead of heavier exercise. I find them beneficial as they relax the body when you are stressed and yet energize it when you are listless. You could also try yoga if the doctor thinks you are up to it. And yes, I agree with Justugh that you need to get out, even if it is for just short periods of time at first. Talking over people is something that a lot of people do, not just those with mental health issues, so I wouldn't worry about that, especially not now you feel you are successfully medicated. Good luck with the job. Once you get out to work, a lot of the other issues will probably just clear up by themselves, as a lot of them may well be due to you being cooped up at home all day.
