I have experienced similar things with my elder son, when he was a teenager and in his early twenties. It's so hard to deal with, and so hurtful. I'm so sorry you are going through this.

There aren't any quick answers, or not that I've found - but I hope it helps to know that you're not alone in this experience. Those we care about most are able to hurt us most, and when people are young they often don't have a real understanding of the pain they can cause us.
