I have tried many times... To be honest for "me" it annoying and or depressing .... I would begin writing and would remark on every single thing I was feeling to the extreme ( hyper focused) and it just seemed to turn into a pity party type deal .. yes! no need for that in my life.
I do chart my moods daily but its a number based system and take me 1-2 mins at night and its done to watch for shifts in moods that I may not be aware of yet.
