I'm so glad it went well !

I did guided imagery with my last T and I liked it a lot. I still do some from CD's I bought. She implied that I took to it easily, then at a later session implied that those who dissoaciate to well with it. It is very interesting.

Well it seems everyone is having good T sessions this week. I hope it continues for the rest of us!
