Forgot to update.

Working out as always. Had a good workout yesterday; 30 minutes of mixed cardio and resistance. Had to stop because my right shin got too sore. (shin splints, yet again -_-)

Seem to be slightly bigger and I swear I've got slightly less body-fat, but maybe it's all in my head, I dunno.

Looking forward to working out tomorrow. (rest day, today, as per my new attempt of working out "every other day", rather than 5 or more days a week--I'm obsessed, but I'm trying!)

Tried out bent over rows in a different way yesterday, as I can't really half-kneel on anything here, so I rest my hand against the door, bent over of course, and do rows that way; feels great. Got the idea from my step-mother who's ace at this stuff, so I'm confident it's safe. I've also been working my shoulders a lot more than usual; they've certainly become more muscular.

Thanks to wise advice from someone here, I've managed to not weigh myself for a couple of days, and I'm trying not to visually analyse my body for any sign of improvements; I'm failing at the latter, but the former is going well. I really wanna weigh myself, though. -_-

I'm overdue an hour's weighted rucksack trek, so I think I'll do that soon; it's good cardio and feels good on the legs.
