Hi everyone,
I went to see my therapist yesterday afternoon . I ask her about the tension in my jaw .she told me it's anxiety .to much as my surprise I been it subconsciously doing it w/o even myself knowing about it . I was diagnosed w anxiety and depression by my therapist it will be a month on November 3 . It's been giving me headaches and causing me to get tense in that area . My therapist gave me a progressive relaxation exercise to do until I see her next Tuesday afternoon . I didn't know that was anxiety .I thought it was something else for me . Now I know better .l learn this from my music director at my church .he constantly grinds his teeth for no apparent reason. My is due to nerves in a given situation . I am so at myself for doing it .I did when I had braces back in 2005 .
