You need to find a pdoc and hopefully get seen quickly. Sometimes is takes weeks to be seen as most Pdoc are booked weeks and months in advance.
So meanwhile, Do you have coping skills you can use? Hows your sleeping ? That super important to staying stable. Even if you can't sleep force your self to lay down and stay there for 6-8 hours at least. Self grounding and Mindfulness can be a huge help, Use cardio or running exercises to help burn off some of that energy.
