I'm on Effexor 250 mg and Abilify 10 mg. They are immensely helpful compared to where I was. It took awhile to get to this cocktail (and I'm wanting to add something for anxiety) and it seems to be working okay for me. I still hear my name called on rare occasions. I also see and feel things almost daily but it's manageable. I've learned to just ignore it.
