But my desire to email is at any time. If I'm upset, something good happens, I want to disclose something, anything really. I like feeling like I'm maintaining a connection even if she doesn't respond. But...I must limit myself and save it only for reassurance, updates, and pictures.

I'm in this bunch, too. I'm at the biggest risk when I take my meds and then don't go to sleep within an hour. I end up sending gut-wrenchingly honest emails about how I'm feeling. Then I get an email from him in the morning and I'm like "Did I really email that.....".
