So I saw NP today. I definitely felt a lot better than previous visits. So we are going to keep me where I am at for now and see how things go for the next 4 weeks. I'll see her again Thursday November 24th.

I also saw T today...in the evening. She was happy with the progress but I have more work to do. I gotta remember to make the list of symptoms for mania and depression.
