Maybe it is all for the better.

ex H is now threatening the psychologist evaluator. In a way I am sorry for her, but in a way I am glad, because she now sees him in action. I could have spent hours explaining things to her, but instead he demanded his money back from her, said he'd complain about her to the accrediting board, and stuff like this. Sort of revealed his true nature. At least I am trying to look at it from that angle. My lawyer does, too - he thinks that the psychologist would now see the ex H for who he is. Plus, had I spent hours explaining things, she might not have believed me, but when she herself is getting threats, I bet she will see what is going on.
