Ok, so as a sufferer of mental health, I can hardly get out of bed some days. I have even slept through school before. After wanting to lose weight for about 3 years and, well, gaining it instead

, I really need to lose some. I'm not overweight, but have love handles/a bit too much stomach fat/large-ish thighs. I really want to lose weight, but it's so difficult. I'm not trying to make excuses, but all the basic motivational things don't work for me, like looking at fit people, reading motivational stuff. Plus my illnesses aren't going to go away anytime soon. Has anyone been through this/ can help?
