So true!
Very true, I'm kinda trying to socialize but it's rather hard to at this point in time, so maybe you're right! That it's a good thing!
I'm all over the place when I'm in a mix state! Hightly depressed yet excited about it lol But it really sucks though no matter what point of view you're looking from! =(
I have extreme troubles trying not to explode on my family members at times (sometimes while in mania) So that's a good idea of holding back when irritated!
Thank ya so much!! I really appreciate it

You've withdrawn from society for the time being, which can be a good thing, just for now while you are passing through this phase.
I tend to be angry impulsive when I'm in a mixed phase. I have to try really hard not to respond to someone if it's not going to be a very nice thing to say. Which doesn't always work if I lack the insight.
I also have to be careful in any form of communication with others. I usually use the 1 day rule when I'm like this. If someone emails something I don't like, I'll wait till I'm calm and then respond. If someone posts something ridiculous on facebook I'll try ignore it.
Your change in meds should hopefully help you.
Get well.
