I've been looking for a word that means the opposite to nocturnal.
So far I've found diurnal, but apparently this isn't used very often. So, is there a more common word?
There is also crepuscular to describe animals who active at twilight. I like that one.

Any thoughts?
Ta.
Thanks for this!
