My t says its partly because a nightly bath and being wrapped in a clean dry towel were never part of my life as a child. I remember my dad giving us a bath on saturday nights while my mother worked nights til i started fifth grade. once a week whether we needed it or not when i stopped working, i stopped showering. I need to find a reason. To treasure my body.
