Maybe there is a need for dosage or combo change?
Also, it is good to keep the prescribing med closely informed with what you are experiencing.
If he or she isn't listening, it may be in your best interest to seek a new pdoc, like anything/any field, there will always be "good listeners" and "non listeners".
Sure they might "hear" you, but some may not be "listening".
Don't give up, there are many possiblities/opportunities for achieving positive outcome.
