I have had adhd all my life and the same pdoc from being 22 to 42 then he retired im now 45. The point is i have forgotten criteria for meeting an adhd diagnosis. I have a new pdoc and want to go see him prepared so if anyone can point me to a site that would give me a list of adhd traits i would appreciate it then i can mark off what affects me. Its a new start with this Dr and when he says what reasons do you think you have adhd i dont want to sit there twiddling my thumbs and legs and feet ..... because quite honestly ive forgotten all about adhd my old pdoc diagnosed me and we moved on. I currently take a high dose of clonidine and it works for me.. now i have to explain why it works, am i making any sense at all and all roads lead to about.com which is a myriad of advertising and im going around in circles. Thank you.
