I can't answer your questions about dosage.

I can say that I have major difficulties with drugs and had versed once just before my galbladder surgery. I don't know if it was alone or a combo, but I remember telling t that a body should have access to whatever I had (versed or combo) once a week...LOL.

I'd never in my life felt so "right". HOWEVER, I learned what the books mean when they say that a side effect of some drugs can be a false sense of security. Nothing could've been wrong if it were.

I'm interested to see the replies about this as well...
