Until recently I didn't feel trapped, I think it's a sign I'm getting better that I feel trapped. I first became extremely depressed then went into a mixed state I didn't want to leave and except for a monthly outing to dump garbage and pick up food I didn't leave. I felt safe at home, now after more than a year I'm starting to feel trapped and antsy.
Maybe it's a good sign when you feel trapped, it's natures way of saying you're ready? Perhaps that is a feeling you could embrace?
