Yup I've done the self bruising. I liked it bec a few days ltr I could go back to it & feel just as much pain.
Yes, it's self injury....no one else is doing it to you. Are you hearing anyone inside or outside of your head telling you to do it? Have you talked to anyone about this that could help you??
