I have PTSD that's associated with the holidays, so eating is not always the easiest thing for me to do in the first place at this time of year......the last time I ended up in the medical hospital with anorexia was at Christmas because of the trauma I had & was going through.

My struggles at this time of year go way beyond eating issues but they become part of it due to the stress which usually causes me weight loss rather than gain....not a good combination.
