Hello and good evening. Ah yes Eskie, times throughout the entire year when things are more than difficult for us. People don't realise that eating disorders are not isolated to the young, or even to teenagers, they happen to folk in their later years too. My case in question is now, aged 55 my severe restricting is way at the forefront right now because of a situation/situations I CAN'T control or make better. The more anxious/stressed/worried and frightened I become the more I rely totally on control of myself. Though I constantly keep telling myself that I HAVE to be well, I HAVE to eat a minium amount ~~ to stay strong enough to look after someone else who needs me, I have to be able to NOT have dizzy spells on standing from a sitting position and I have to be able to concentrate to drive, knowing this still provides a fight to stay on top of it all. Plus to be in the ''older'' age group with this malady/disease is a lot harder than it once was. LOVE and HUGS. XXXXXXXXXXX
