Hey Moose72, how are you doing? I hope you're feeling better, since it's been a few days since you felt so bad. I can relate to the feeling at the grocery store, the aliens reading your mind. I know what hell that is, I've been there before. Then when I think people can read my thoughts, the worse my thoughts become out of sheer anxiety. It can be so scary! But I always manage to pull through. I tell that voice, "You're not real, shut up! Go away! You are not real. Leave me alone!" That seems to at least quiet those scary thoughts.
