Don't worry so much about "labeling" what is "wrong" with you. We all have something "wrong" but perhaps it is more important to find out resources in your community to help you improve your situation.
All of us have life stressors, and experiences that have marked us in diferent ways.
My heart goes out to you. Please contant any of the non-for profit organizations in your area, they should be able to help you in some of the areas where you need help, and they should be able to refer you to other organizations that can help where they don't help.
