I love the name of the thread! Absolutely to the point. WHen I have pms I get depressed. I am bipolar and I really dont need the stress of pms to hit me once a month. But it does. I am starting to be able to remind myself of what is going on with me, that it is pms that is making everything worse. I get a bit paranoid about people around me when I get depressed, and knowing that it is pms hitting me, I can remind myself that I am being a tad bit overreactive!
