Yes. Echolalia means you repeat other people. If it happens relatively immediately its called Immediate Echolalia, and otherwise, Delayed Echolalia. (or Triggered when it happens in response to some sensory input.) (and Yes and Yes to your questions.)

Palilalia is indeed when you say something, and then repeat it. Its usually immediate. It can be "triggered". It is less frequently delayed.
