I am sorry but I would never share my mental health concerns but I know that cat is way out of the bag. See if the EAP can assist you with self advocating and keeping your job.

Meanwhile... are you looking around for other employment? I would not let them talk to your current employer and would not share your mental health issues. They do not appreciate those issues as they are only concerned with the mighty dollar.
