You can call NAMI in your area--there should be an 800 #, or you could call #4 on your insurance list and see if they can take you sooner than #3, or maybe there's an in-person support group nearby, call the county Mental Health Association. You can also keep writing in here and we will support you too. Keep trying, don't give up. You've already done the hard part by making the first call.
